I bought one of them fancy coolers. I think it was Yeti or something like that. Anyway it really didn't hold much so I cut out the plastic inside and ripped out all that useless styrofoam crap that they stick in there to make it look bigger. It'll hold a lot more this way and I can put more ice in it now so it should last much longer.

I’ve got a manual for the 1981 48 qt. cooler. Now mine is red & white. If that helps.

Don’t know how much difference there is in the two models.
