How big of a tire can you inflate with that without having to use an aftermarket battery? @JenElio , do you know? 😆
Haha.
Seriously I have done 8 tires at 80psi in one charge with it and it still had alotnif ass left. @Tramguage1 has done alot of 90psi tires.

The M12 is good for small stuff but most of my buddies like @Russ989 and @Plumber32 have burnt them up quick

Don’t buy the M12, the 18 is better.

Actually the tires on my box trailer are 110 PSI. I used the 18v Milwaukee and topped off all 4 from around 85 PSI with 1-6ah battery

I was reading reviews on the M18 inflator.
Can anyone comment how well it works on lower PSI?
Seems some complaints are lower pressure tires. Consistently over-shooting the target by 10psi.

Nothing beats a good quality tire gauge.

I am well aware of that. A decent low pressure gauge typically tops out at 15/20 or 25 psi.
If you consistantly check pressure over that, they tend to fail and become unreliable.

I use the 88p on my p500 after having several nails in tires around the camp. I already had 8 gauge wire run from the rear battery to a new fuse box. I just added some terminals to clamp the alligator clips to. You could also add an Anderson plug in the rear but would have to instal one on the 88p as well. I love the unit it goes with me everywhere. C166052c3fdf6586422a28224852f839

I use a JACO Elite low pressure gauge. 2 to 30 PSI. Works great. No batteries. This one has a lifetime warranty. $20.03 total with Prime shipping.

Yes, everything eventually wears out with use. Then again, I don't check high pressure tires with a low pressure gauge, nor would I ever run tire pressure that high on SXS, ATV, tractors, etc. Also use it to check/set pressure in our reverse osmosis water tank. They sell many different styles and types of gauges for both low and high pressure. The identical HP version (5-60 psi) of this is available for the same price and another with a flexible hose (0-100 psi) for a couple bucks more.

I know it would over shoot by 4-5 psi and the bleed off to the correct psi.

Perfect. I did a couple at 8 psi no problem just program it into the control

Saw the M18 inflator used on a YouTube video to inflate 4 completely flat 33-inch Jeep tires to 30 PSI. Only took about 2-1/2 minutes a tire. I think they did say that it would over-shoot, but then bleed the tire down to the pressure setting that was input into the controller.

Just ran across this. Just sharing...

That's about the size of the one I posted.

I used it once on the P520. I use it about every other mow on the zero turn mower. Doesn't need charged very often when using low pressures either.

I keep a 12 volt slime kit (compressor, plugs, and a small bottle of slime) in mine. Have to plug it into cigarette lighter but it works great. Have not had to use it on my Honda but had to fix and pump up a mower tire at my camp with it a couple times
