If 30 is your goal slow your pace.. If fitness is your goal try to get more in for a given time

It's warm out there today. My watch tells me I was over reaching. Tomorrow the heat index will be close to 110 when I get off work. I usually only do 5-7 on those days. It gets your pulse rate up quick in that kind of heat.

got out on the MTB yesterday morning before the rain storms. havnt been active on the bike lately but just needed to get out and reflect. I do that a lot when I am on the bike. Doesnt matter which one. Not a terribly long ride. 24 miles but a good one
