P1000 2016 Pioneer 700-r4 transmission shift cable

HAVE A NEW TO ME 2016 700-R4
Seems like trans shifter is pretty tight while moving from drive to reverse.
Any adjustments or tech tips anyone knows would be welcome.

squirt some lube through the shifter slot on to the pivot points for the shifter. I use the recommended by honda lube,its a crc product that works very well. Don't forget to do the 4WD shifter while your at it.

When I shift from drive to neutral to reverse, I have to give it a little force. It doesn’t drop into gear like a car. Post a video of problem, if possible.
