It would be a good thing if everyone going used the RSVP provided on page one and include where they are staying so they can be found and informed of any last minute changes should they happen. Cell phones don't work worth a crap there.

I had signed up on the RSVP but I just removed it today. We’re in another project lull at work and the wife wants to head to the east coast to see her family while we have some time off. It looks like we won’t be back until after the weekend ride.
There’s a chance we’ll cancel this trip if a new project starts up, and if so I’ll definitely sign back up and get a time nailed down, but for now, it’s looking like we won’t make it.
