Cool, you have pics of the slate mine operations ruins!!!!!

Big Red visited with the lady that runs the HV cabins who said it was her ancestors that ran a slate operation there, hauling slate from the mine above, big enough for billiards tables, via wagon, to Little Rock; and the smaller stuff was used for slate shingles...
