P1000 Winch Mount?

Looking at purchasing a Badlands 5000 winch at the local Harbor Freight....does anyone know if it comes with a mounting plate that will fit a ‘16 P1k5? Or if not what do I need? I was also looking at a mounting plate by KFI.

My experience is that winches do not come with a mounting plate unless it is sold as "Badlands 5000 for Honda Pioneer 1000".
If you haven't modified your front end you can buy a mounting plate. I don't know the KFI but I'm sure it will work fine.
Occasionally you need to drill a hole, but if it claims to fit your machine it likely will.

I used the kfi plate with a badlands 2500. Works well so far.

The kfi mount will bolt to existing tapped holes the frame. I am pretty sure winches have a standard bolt pattern, I have a super winch on the kfi,and didn't drill any holes. Hope that helps
