Out in the plains you can have the same issue.

not uncommon to get stuck in bottomless soils (sloughs etc) and if your lucky you might have a good fence post within reach, but not likely…and they just pull out usually.

the best tool is a shovel and the space between your ears.

self rescued my self many times with a simple shovel. Dig out the wheel tracks and wedge in rocks, cooler lids what ever to get traction on the wheels.

Of course you could always call your buddy if you have cell reception.

Been there done that. I have asked my kids what were you thinking? Then realized that some of us (me) have to learn the hard. besides getting stuck isn't near as much fun as it was when I was younger.

I carry a "U" channel "T" post cut in 1/2 that bolts back together for use. Since I mostly use it in winter when on tracks, I installed a cable loop about 4" from the bottom so I can hook up winch cable before driving down thru deep snow to solid ground. Also carry single jack hammer for driving post. Have used this several times, works beautifully. Idaho Rocks.

6 sticks of #5 rebar 4’ long and 2’ of chain with clevis’s.

put in 3” abs pipe with screw in cap on one end.
Add 1/2” pex tubing chunks to eliminate rattling.

1/2” wide zip tyes to the rear crossbar of rollcage.

bring nice half jack hammer for fine mechanic work and or driving stakes.

drive into ground in star pattern, slip chain end loop over most solid stake and crisscross wrap and strap through the bundle of stake ends.

Winch your rig out.

From my rope rescue days. It's called a Picket Anchor System.
