I would like to know what brand switch you are using.
I have added a few to a poll and can add more.
Was brand a consideration part of your switch choice?

I am not asking if you use switch pro, aux beam or any other relay controller.
I am only wanting to know about actual rocker switches.

Thanks.

Quality mattered to me And type Witch is Carling. The cheap Amazons didnt last a season In most cases. OTR’s are the best Quality.

I bought XTC because I bought their 6 switch power control set-up which bolts right in the talon and includes relays, fuse box, switch connections etc. I figured they would play well together.

Brand didn't matter to me, just size.

Prefer Otrattw. I have one HondaSxS.com switch to install (key-on/AUX toggle that I ordered specifically). Am using some Amazon switches but only as fillers in the remaining holes in my PBR Products dash plate, as I like the way they look better than the black filler plates.

I have a couple from OTR that I replaced cheap switches that came with eBay light bars. You know the little round ones. Two from the club store. A winch switch I used to replaced the switch that came with my HB Badlands winch. And an aux battery 10 pin I just purchased to replace a carling 7 pin i bought from eBay. I have other plans for it. In a six panel switch that leaves on little blue cheap oh from eBay running my back up lights. I’d change it but it’s easy to find at a glance

It kinda depends on what you are going to do with the switch. If its load you better have a good switch. If its a trigger for a relay maybe a little less but junk is junk. Most switches are china built. What ever happened to the good old mexico switches.Good switches went bye -bye a long time ago.

Still need to add switches. Right now only have the need to a winch switch but am planning on adding some light bars soon etc. Was looking at Amazon switches but glad I saw this post as didn’t think they were unreliable. Glad I saw this post.

Can I get Otrattw at say harbor freight but with 20% coupon prices? I think that is what many expect these days.

I'm going on 2 years with Amazon/JoJo brand. Mainly cause I wanted all red back lit switches. They've held up great🤞considering I don't baby the machine and they sure as heck see plenty of water/mud/dust.

I bought cheap-ass garbage off Amazon: yueton or something like that. Micro rocker with LED's.

I only have one switch, and that's to enable the winch solenoid. I had anticipated doing maybe the cubes I won a few years back or maybe some other lighting...but I really hate that kind of s***, so the whole bag is laying there ( it was like 10 switches for $8 or something like that ). The reasoning being if it failed, it's easy to pop out of the dash and bypass. To it's credit, it's still working perfectly...

I got some cheapies off eBay back in ‘18, and have changed my layout a few times.

all my big loads are using relay. I’ve never had trouble with any of the 8 switches I’m using, BUT, my machine has never had water higher than ankle high in the cab ( really never needed to) and no direct water spray.
