Anyone ever see that Good Eats when Alton Brown showed his safety measures to deep fry a turkey? It was funny. Dude had two ladders set up like a gantry, a pulley system to lower the turkey in, full face shield...flameproof suit? I don't remember it all, but I was like dude, turn in your man card.

Used the big easy infrared cooker. Perfect turkey 15 years in a row! The people love how moist my meat comes out!
