Base is Bad Byrons Butt Rub with some additions… no binder… 3 hours smoke, 1.5 hours wrapped in foil with apple cider vinegar then 30 min back on high temp 350… dry rub only, no saucesWhat's the seasoning, binder?

Props to GMG as this thing came earlier than expected. Didn't waste any time breaking it in. This thing is the cat's ass! Not sure why I waited so long to get one of these things.Got a new GMG Ledge Prime 2.0 coming that is supposed to show up early April. Cannot freaking wait. Stand by for pictures of my meat.
I wanted to do that today but the kiddos wanted wingsNot sure if anyone else does this…but when I cook a ham, I use my smoker to make it vs the oven. I’ll just use a very few chips of wood for some extra flavor…even if the ham was previously “smoked” …imo it’s very tasty this way.
Definitely makes for a dam mean bean and ham soup later on!
