Such an awesome trailer and build! I love it, man.

Super cheap storage idea for soft goods. I picked up some of these marine storage nets and secure them in the upper corners of the toy hauler. Mine is only 7’ wide, so cabinets there wouldn’t allow the machine’s ROPS to clear. But these do. I use them for sleeping bags and gear that I don’t want rolling around. It keeps them nicely tucked in the corners. I’ll find a link to them on Amazon and edit this in a bit if anyone is interested.

Edit: Here's the link ($7.95 each):

And then these stainless D-Rings to use as securing points in the corners and walls:

And plastic Nite Ize Biner's:

That’s a good idea.. I did something similar for the kids stuffed animals in their play room. That would work nice in a trailer build

Nice, that awning is BA!
Funny thing about the TV's, most travel trailers come with Jensen's and they boast that they're the only ones built to withstand the extreme temperatures and shock of riding over the road. I put a Samsung in our travel trailer 4 yrs ago and it still works great.
Lol.. yeah, I’m sure it has nothing to do with them being the cheapest option for suppliers.

The awning wasn’t expensive.. And I did it all myself, except the wife did help me get the canvas into the track.

After our first family outing I’ve decided to add a shower.. and I need to come up with a better system for organizing the items we take and keep in there. Also, the aluminum floor needs to be insulated as we get some condensation with the cold exterior temps and the heater running. But all in all... it was a great trip and a big success. Kids had a blast.

A quick fix for floor, might try either astroturf / outdoor carpeting cut to fit roll up for clean storage or rubber truck bed mats. Either would help with condensation on floor and sock feet.
