I had a Warn Axon 55S also. It broke the second time I used it. The metal actually cracked in half cutting the synthetic line. I was just pulling my Honda 1000 out of a mud hole in a ditch, right off a tree as an anchor point... nothing fancy at all.. I am just taking it off now and will send pictures soon. Thing is I replaced it with another Warn Axon 55s winch...Lol Hope this one lasts..Lol
