I do remember a video where you hear the Barrett was mentioned by law enforcement/SS.

The other caliber which would be the most widely used is the .300 Winchester.

If you watch the recoil it looks pretty strong even for a .300 on top of all that weight of optics and tripod.

I heard that the kill shot was not taken by either of the two rooftop pictured counter snipers. It was by one of the two other snipers…. who used a .308 and not a .300 WM.

Yes, I caught that today. Now putting that together with the Sheriff dept. which makes sense.

If a Barret rifle was used, they make several alternative caliber weapons, especially for LEO and military.
