Well. I got out last weekend for a scouting trip of the trap line. Small game season is open now. My helper on the line came along for the ride as well. We found some mud to play in and put the bikes and winches to work.

As I had hoped and expected the Pioneer worked flawlessly. I still need to add my skid plate, install some fender flares, windshield wiper and a barrier behind the front seats to help cut down on dust and mist coming into the cab.

When does your trapping season start? Ours doesn't start till November 10.

My beaver season is from October 5 to May 15. I can start trapping my land fur October 25 until end of February.
I just joined, and i must say im glad to see some trappers on this site! Its a dying lifestyle. I bought a pioneer 700 this year so i can get my kids out on my trapline easier.

Well i just picked up a new to me machine. It’s a 2017 P500. It belonged to a family member and the price was right. It’s bone stock other than the roof, windshield, and a cargo box on the back rack. Plans are to add a winch, bigger tires, light bar and possibly power steering.
unfortunately I didnt take any pics of this past trapping season. I have added some items to the P700 Such as the super atv full skid plate and the mud busters fender flares and an LED light bar that I purchased from the club store. Next item is to get A arm guards.
