Thanks to Mudder I simply unplugged the sensor cable from the front diff instead of trying to unscrew it. The plug looks very similar to a very small spark plug wire. I took a picture of the male end on the diff and the female end on the wire for future reference

Locker is installed and it works like a champ! The directions that came with it are really good IMO but I did watch Jason’s install video before hand which is very detailed and a huge help! The only things I did different....

I unplugged the 4wd sensor wire instead of unscrewing it

I removed the front tires but I didn’t remove the A arms. I unbolted the lower arm and the lower shock mount, lifted the hub until I was able to pull the axle out of the diff and just let it hang. You don’t need to do anything with the brakes or brake lines.

Leaving the arms and axles in place doesn’t leave much room so I removed the front 6 bolts from the skid plate and was able to reach the sensor plug and 4wd cable very easily.

Pro Tip: be careful pulling the clip off of the 4wd cable, I have no idea where mine is lol
