Well, I forgot to update this thread. Problem was all to do with the toe in. The tires where pointing out. I toed them in about 1/8 to 1/4. I put a set of use front tires I had on the front that where 3/4 wore out and ran them all the way out. The tires wore fine, no more one side wearing, or very little if any. You would think at the cost of these machines and customer satisfaction that the dealers could do a better job checking them out before they leave the shop. Maybe not have the wash boy check'em.
