@JTW think back to initial install on the a arms and joints....Now did you possibly over ream them? I know It was required when SuperATV first offered them!o_O

Yes.. they should have to be pressed in and out. But mine is a little loose from the jam nuts backing off the T’s. I was just being facetious
Holy crap, I just watched your video again. I didn’t notice it moving the first time I watched it. You need some parts.

If only you were coming to my house with a shop a lift, extra ball joints and a guy that just replaced all his ball joint in the last 2 days....

I took it to a shop and had them press them in. I figured they would do a better job than I could having the right tools.

I also went thru and red locktited all the other jam nuts and used a BFH and wrench to snug them up. I was surprised how easily the nuts moved on all but a couple. I also found the inner tie rod nut under the boot on the drivers side had just about come off! I had noticed a little play developing in my steering at Takeover. And well, I found the culprit!

good make sure you red loctite everything before we look at it and replace the ball joint. Makes it more challenging
