P1000 Thermostat housing location help

I am broken down new Pioneer 1000-5 LE overheating. We are tearing this machine apart and cannot locate this magic blue bolt head to bleed the coolant system. No cell but have a wifi connection for about 15 more min if somebody can provide instructions. Google is not being kind.
