Springs are rated by how many pounds it takes to compress them per inch. My front springs are 250 lbs per inch each.

Oh, I gotcha... I don't recall seeing anythung that told the spring rates. The springs have some small writing in them. I'll go back and see what they say.

Did those Elka's increase the height of the rig any at stock adjustment? Was thinking about adding an inch or two in height to go with my CATVOS arms if I every buy a set.

I think they did add a little, but I'm not sure. I added a high lifter kit at the same time and got about 3 or 3.5" of lift. I think the lift kit is only supposed to be a 2.5" lift, so I guess I did get something out of the shocks.

keep in mind that these shocks have spring preload adjustment, so you can increase or decrease the ride height depending on your preference. I suspect that I could get another inch of lift from these shocks if I went and adjusted the spring preload.
