For plastic repairs this is the chit!! It works 10 times better than a plastic welder. You can find cheaper versions also. I use this all the time repairing interrupt trim panels, bumpers etc!

So... I was thinking on this. I wonder if you could boil them like a mouth guard and possibly get them to form?I'm working on putting my trail armor a-arm guards on Superatv a-arms. Needing some ideas from the group!!!

Then.. I'd bend some sheet metal to fit the arm and see what happens! You can heat them up in a oven but you have to have a mold ready to lay them in. Just like a bed liner in a truck.
Haven't looked over pj much but found this nice little gem. Hey my weld looks perfect so must've done something right. View attachment 43105

Should've went around but that seemed too easy
Seemed easy but that TN mud is terrible. It sticks to the tires and won't let go. Then it also super slick and underneath there's nothing but hard chert. There's a lot of times where it looks easy but then the TN Mountain slime takes you out!
That's exactly what I said about that muddy, deep rutted turn I couldn't resist. The one that looked like so much fun. And the one that slingshotted me into that 2' plus mud bank lol. Afterwards all I could think was "shoulda went around it". Then the little Dimitri devil sitting on my shoulder said "that ain't how we roll" lolFound it. @Plumber32 post 271
