Are these cool switches coming from Amazon or eBay?

Also, does anyone have a good link to a voltmeter?

I use otrattw.net for switches and I use thier cutout dimensions. Some cheaper (amazon/ebay) switches fit just fine and some require you to file 1/64 to 1/32" off the width of the cutouts to get them in. The round volt meters are sold by mictuning on amazon.

Finally installing my switche panel from @mystic1219

So I went with making a box to mount an Amazon switch plate to. I used left over Starboard from my chainsaw mount project. 1/2 for the sides, 1/4 for the plate. The space below the Ram mount is reserved for a on/off/on turn signal switch.
