That's for a custom mount or a flat top bumper mount. It's not model specific.

I threw mine on the scrap pile, it may come in handy one day.

Thanks - I will toss it to the side as well. Need to go get some connectors to shorten some of the wires to be ready. Hopefully it will not take too long to wire up

I ordered the EMP mount. Suppose to be here Wednesday - not sure when I will try to install may start Wednesday or may start trying to layout all the wires tomorrow night.

No.. I didn't use it. I just put my aluminum hawse directly to the bumper..

The plate in your picture i used on the p500 when I mounted the winch to the top of the bumper.. it allows you to attach the fairlead in that type of install..
And ps.. for $30 you can get synthetic rope on Amazon.. another 30 will get you an aluminum hawse.

I used the Superwinch mounting plate to tie my fairlead into my front bumper on top of the KFI mounting plate.

The EMP is a straight pull so should put much on the fairlead. What was your thinking in using the plate on yours?

In my case the Superwinch fairlead mount ties the front bumper back to the frame using the fairlead. It adds strength to both the bumper and my tow point in the stock fairlead position. There isn't a great place to tow from with the EMP mount or a place to tie back to for snatch block usage. Additionally the EMP mount isn't tied into the frame particularly well. The winch being upside down is not the only disadvantage of the EMP.

I'm not crazy about the EMP as it was a pain in the ass.. but from what I've looked at it seems like the most solid and provides a strait pull.. the mount goes around the box that slides into the box on the frame, which is bolted in.. It then has the u bolts that wrap around the frame. I don't see the winch being upside down as a negative at all.
The KFI is the only other style I've seen but haven't seen any install videos of it..
