I have 26x9 and 26x11 kenda bear claw htr on my stock rims. I’m thinking about adding 1.5” or 2” wheel spacers to my p5. My question is if I add the spacers how much heavier does the steering get? Or is there not any difference in the steering. I don’t want to buy spacers then need power steering cuz ps is not in the budget right now.

I was running 2” rear 1” front spacers on stock wheels and I couldn’t feel any difference. I’m currently running 27x9 tires on 5+2 wheels with 1” front 2” rear spacers and it was fine without power steering. Once I added a locker to the front then power steering was a must have.

I ran 1.5" up front. Added 26" tires at the same time. I was worried there would be more kick back, but to be honest, I could tell no difference.

I run 26x11 kenda htr on all 4 and I installed the locker and I don’t have PS. It’s not to bad to steer but I’m sure ps would be nice to have if you was trail riding in some pretty ruff places
