P1000 So, when do I replace my plow wear bar?

I have been using my Warn plow on asphalt driveway for about a decade. I noticed it leaving a fine layer of snow on the drive this year. It gets enough that the sun will take care of the rest even in sub freezing temperatures. The wear bar looks ok to me, but I know there are experts here who plow more than I do- couple times per year (thanks Al Gore.)

My bar is rusty of course, but nothing too bad. Can't seem to find an online guide so I'll just ask you hard cores who plow a lot.

The purpose of the wear bar it to protect/prevent the blade from wearing down. When it gets close to the blade, replace it.

Alot of times they can be flipped and the other side used.
