Where is the cheapest place to find bellows? And can they get them to me before saturday?
PSC Vent Bellow

$9 each x 3 $27 _ $33 Expidited Shipping = $60 total.
Says you can get them 2nd day air for $33

US $32.85 / United States / Expedited Shipping (UPS 2nd Day Air®) /Estimated within 3 business days

Next question is. Do i need 3 or 4?

1 for the front diff
1 for the back diff
1 for the sub transmission

Raise the fuel line up and raise the radiator fan motor line

Someone i believe it was joey said something about a box under the seat?

I only put the bellows on the rear diff and subtranny. The front diff and the fan motor vents already go way up near the fire wall. They are higher than the engine intake, so I didn't bother with those 2. I also haven't done the parking brake adjustment cable box behind the seat. I did extend the fuel tank vent up higher with longer hose.
If you do the rear diff, subtranny, and cable adjustment box, that's 3.

A local artic cat shop will have them and supposedly they are better because of a softer compound.

Just FYI - I ordered 3 from PSC, but have a concern with them being so stiff. At 70 degrees, they are really pretty rigid. I have used the arctic cat ones before and from my memory, they were much more flexible. I'll be watching to see if anyone has any issues from the PSC bellows not expanding/contracting enough before I put them on mine.

They are definitely stiff. I'll be monitoring mine until I'm satisfied they will perform as required. Watch for seal leakage in the diff or subtranny.
