I’ve been gone for months this summer, literally, so a campsite oil change was bound to happen. A special thx to the ex Mrs. CID for leaving the yuge stainless salad bowl for my 6 qt oil changes. In true nature lover fashion, I din’t spill a drop on the ground - myself, on the other hand, came away well oiled. 😊 Somewhere east of Breckinridge, CO for the curious.

From the top right point on that track, looking down at Webster Pass and Red Cone from Radical Hill.

There are two tracks ending in the top right, this was the left of those -

East of Leadville, CO, too pritty for a SxS.

Some pix from last weekend's Trempealeau County ATV Club ride
The club has been sponsoring this ride in September for thirty+ years.
There are over 100 miles of trails, and all are on private property.
Revenue goes towards trail maintenance and charitable donations to local churches, fire department, etc.
There were over 140 machines registered for this years's ride.

Lost a Honda Pioneer off this bridge when he cut the approach short. Landed on its side in the creek. Nobody hurt, and took about 15 minutes to winch him out of the creek

conditions were pretty dry, so not much mud.....

Every couple of hours on the trails, the club setup stops along the trail with water and portable restroom facilities

I love to ReDiscover old faint trails. This particular trail was overgrown quite badly and the tracks got fainter the further I went. As it is it stopped at about 3600 ft maybe half a mile from crozer peak. I would be willing to bet that I'm the first person that's been up here in years...
