In my ice house it’s the trusty luggable loo for those pressing issues… the only water used is for drinking and brief rinsing of hands or a wash cloth.
If I was in your shoes…I think the first question is about water…are you carrying any? Only a sink and gray water tank? The water question is really driving the complexity imo.

My Thetford Porta Pottie has a 6 gallon holding tank and full at 14 days. The class C has a 35 gallon holding tank and is good for nearly 12 weeks so I spend much less time looking for a place to dump. The fewer times a season that I have to dump the better.
