This weekend, I installed my dual battery setup and lights. Still waiting on a few items to finish my switchplate and wire up the lights. I hid the dual voltmeter under the glovebox door so i didnt have to stare at it all the time. Plus my switches are red backlit and didnt want it to color clash 😂. thanks to everyone on this forum for amazing posts! i did lots of research here and on youtube, made things go a lot smoother than if i tried to hack it on my own!

Nice work . . . you had a little more room to stick stuff and wire under the hood than I had with my SE!

I cannot even hear the engine over the gear whine in mine. I am sure break in will quiet it down a little bit but at least it does not have a loud obnoxious exhaust on it. o_O I do find it interesting that I also have a Honda Africa Twin that is a 1000cc twin with DCT and the engines are two different animals.

A bit late to the party but - I have just under 2500 miles on the Talon and the gear whine still requires ear plugs inside my helmet. I took friends for a ride, removed the ear muffs to talk and couldn't believe how loud it is at ~25mph. I've often wondered if there was any similarity to the Africa Twin. 🤔

Here is my 2021 Pioneer 1000-5. This is my first side by side. I’ve owned an 87 Honda 200SX, an 89 Yamaha Warrior 350 and currently own an 01 Can Am DS650. I’m pretty happy with the Pioneer so far although the suspension seems a little spongey for my tastes. I know the Fox shocks can be adjusted, just need to I guess.

Holly Led lights Batman…..thought I had good 360 coverage. You trumped me by far. What led lights are on roof?

All the light bars are Infinite Offroad brand. 25 year warranty, even if I hit them on a tree! They are all really bright, I'm very happy with them.

The ten smaller LED's around the top are actually white and amber strobes with selectable patterns. My work van and work truck also have strobes so it only seemed fitting to have them on my side by side too!

Knocked the tire off the rim in the big rut as I was hammered down and rode up this bank. Could've been worse.

I know the bottom picture doesn't look like much but it was a really steep trail and I was hammered down when it happened.
