Here are a couple pics of how it is mounted and the support brace I added. There are 2 u bolts holding it down then I added the metal brace that my friend fabricated for me. It goes into the 2” receiver.

Grizzly was a bit expensive but a solid seat.

Hey man, just curious how that seat has held up and functioned to transport people on the rear? I live in Texas out of city limits in county where everyone gets around on golf carts.... I don't care to own a golf cart and have it take up space in my garage while only serving as a means to put-put around our community... so I bought a P500 instead and I am having this Grizzly seat being built right now for it. This will allow me to put-put around our community on roads under 35mph, with an OHV plate and slow-moving vehicle sign on rear, and a couple of friends on the back like a 4 seater golf cart... but still be a capable machine that my wife and I can take trail riding in the Sam Houston National Forest, or to the local offroad parks with the extra fold-down cooler storage on the back. How did the seat hold up and function for you? Did you encounter any problems being able to use your setup as a golf cart in Texas or have any trouble getting ohv/golf-cart liability insurance to be able to use it in your Texas community? Thanks!

I added a support for the foot rest that inserts right into the 2” receiver. I don’t have any pics of it at the moment. I’ll photo it tonight and post them! I can still pull a trailer too with the 1 1/4” receiver!!

Looks good! Did you use this setup to put-put around from time to time using the P500 as a golf cart. I am in the process of doing something similar, and just curious if anyone ever gave you grief.... I mean golf carts do it all the time, people by 2 seater carts and then by addon back seats and bolt them on to carry 4 people...

I wouldn't hold my breath waiting on a reply from @CB72 it doesn't appear he is a member anymore. Hopefully someone else will have an answer for you though.

Ohh shucks haha. I figured it might be a stretch since that post was from 2019. I saw he was in Texas too so seemed like the perfect person to ask, but maybe someone else in Texas might have a similar setup. Thanks!

Looks like you just joined us. Wouldn't hurt to create an introductory post so we can get to know you better. Be sure to include pics and info of your ride. We like pictures of rides.
Welcome to the club from East Tennessee.
