Yet another update on this discovery!
So it appears this fan-on after shutdown is ran by the fan speed controller and is reading temperatures of the talon to decide how long the fan will continue to run.
After a long ride, the fan will run for 2 minutes. When I’m just going back and forth on my property (between 5-15 min rides at a time) the fan will run anywhere from 10 seconds to 45 seconds. Seems to be based off the vehicle’s temperature.
Also as I post this photo for some great views.. I just realized I have yet to post my 4 seat-people mover conversion!
