P1000 Question about VIN

Just curious, anyone know the breakdown on how to read Honda's VIN for Month, Year, possibly Week?
I know a letter is usually the month, etc. but do not know how to read this particular VIN.

I searched "Jackal VIN" in the search bar, scanned the 10 pages of threads it pulled up - didn't see anything pop up. Is there another, more efficient way to search?

I am ignorant to what the A, AC, 2A, etc. mean. I see they are listed as area codes?
Also, it appears 2-3 times the amount of deluxe models have been built as compared the the base models by looking at the VIN #'s on the recall thread - interesting. 4000+ deluxe models had been built, at least it appears.

You just about have to have your Jack Web super spy decoder ring. But in general on the P1K this is what I have seen, based on searching and ordering parts online.

When you see body part listed as Type 1, Type 2, Type 3 etc. on the parts fiche I noticed it corresponds with the body colors.

Type 1 - is RED or Camo
Type 2 - Ross White
Type 3 - Nemesis Silver
