Pull 1000-5 with a tow dolly?

I need to move my 1000-5 from IL to TN and as of right now, I have a U-Haul car carrier reserved and I have used car haulers a few times to move my machine locally. Anybody have experience with using a U-Haul tow dolly to move a UTV? They are much lighter and the cost to rent is considerably less.

Bad idea because? (Just curious) They are used to move cars so I would thing they would work for a UTV...

A tow dolly is the thing that has 2 of the cars wheels on the road? If it is, running 75 mph for hours, just sounds like a bad idea. But like I said I'm pretty much a dumbass, so Idk for sure.

Never done it, always used a trailer. Why risk it? A trailer couldn't cost that much more compared to the mileage/ damage incurred on a P1000-5.

It is going to kill your tires (the ones in contact with the expressway) at a minimum. The machine isn't designed to run 60+ MPH for hours on end. Your bearings and cv's are not going to like all the heat that gets generated from that. The little bit of money you save on the tow equipment is going to be lost in early repairs caused by dragging it down the expressway. I'm no expert, but I'm going to say it is a bad idea.

I have a car dolly and in IL the car dolly does not need a plate but the vehicle being towed has to be licensed. So might have an issue with police. 🤷🏼‍♂️ I would never tow my p1000 with it.
