Caution if using Everything Honda Off Road.com. I ordered a set of rear MudBusters from Everything Honda Off Road.com and they are not the online retailer they say they are. First the website ad states "Love it or return it" second they say "Guaranteed fitment". Well as you can see from the photos the mud guards do not fit. Touched base with Everything Honda Off Road.com and neither of their two statements are true. I asked for a return label and a replacement and was informed that Everything Honda Off Road.com that I need to pay for the shipping to return the item and Everything Honda Off Road.com needs to ask the manufacturer of what action they need to take. I didn't buy the item from the manufacture and thought I would support a small business. No good deed goes unpunished.

They are just a small business. I know they run a dozen websites or so, I'm not sure how they keep up with all that. lol.

I'd reach out to Mudbusters and see what they say. Maybe ask Everything Honda Off Road for your mudbuster order number as they most likely dropship.

I ordered those same mudbuster pieces off of Amazon a a few months ago. They did not have the correct bends in them. Luckily it was Amazon and an easy return.

Your correct the guards were drop shipped.

I've had very few issues from Amazon. And if i did they always provided great customer service.

That's terrible, not just for your hassle, but for future the Honda off-road people. I cannot recommend them to anyone, but rather, the opposite.

I hope MudBusters will accommodate you.

As a small business owner myself, all I will say is that is not an acceptable excuse for not honoring their posted policies.
Thanks Scoop. I alway want to support small business and 99% of small business follow the retail standard practices which is great policies. Say what you mean and mean what you say.

I wasn't excusing them one bit.
Oh, I didn't mean to imply that you did. It was more just a comment on small businesses and how they/we need to stand by our promises to our customers.

We go out of our way to patronize small businesses, and we also go out of our way to buy American made products when possible and financially feasible. When we moved back in 2020, we needed some new living room furniture (after moving the other stuff down to the basement home theater area). After countless weekends of driving and shopping, Mrs Scoop found something she really liked. My first question to the salesman was, "Is it made in America?" He said 'No'. I said, 'Then we' don't want this." Ended up finding some stuff made by Southern Motion down in Mississippi. Yes, we paid more for it (about 20%), but it was really good quality and we were able to support a US business who manufactured product here.
