I hate to see this. Again, alcohol at the wrong time/place makes the ATV/UTV/SxS community look bad.

Side note... Local lady in a Yamaha Rhino, without doors, doing doughnuts on asphalt parking lot, turned over, crushing her lower leg so badly, she lost her foot. They accepted NO blame for misuse of the vehicle and sued Yamaha. A friend of the family, writing for the newspaper, and didn't know the difference in an ATV or UTV or a UFO vilified Yamaha over and over. I asked her about not using the machine as it was designed and intended to be used..... She would not even consider the facts and refused to discuss it. Wish the FAFO mantra was available then, I'd give her what was behind curtain #3.

Some people simply can’t read the warning labels on the dash poking them in the eyes specifically saying don’t do donuts or the warnings about asphalt roads…

That mindset is why Honda quit making 3 wheelers. Brother in-law of a guy I worked with was DRUNK and rode off a cliff. ended up paralyzed and in a wheelchair for life. He sued Honda and won a large amount of money was the story I was told.

I know two cousins riding up a steep, slippery creek bank, in high school, and flipped over backwards on a Honda ATC. The one on the back was paralyzed from the waist down.

Won a multi-million dollar settlement. Last I heard, unbelievably had blown it all and lost it for future needs.
