So I have a pioneer 1000-5 and I live in Illinois where we get the extremes of cold and hot. That being said in the summer my 1000-5 will ROAST you out. I put an insulation kit on the seat, and I have a windshield you can partially open. I finally built this little visor that goes across the top and directs the air down to your body instead of allowing it to flow over. Anybody done something similar or have any other suggestions on how to cook the cab down?? Thanks!

Radiator fans and boat style bilge fans have been used under the seat. Truckers fans on the front cage, removing doors, as trigger mentioned there’s ample threads on all of this, but be advised, nothing eliminates the heat, it’s germane to the Pioneers. FWIW, we have no heat issues with the Talon X4….
