P500 Picked up my 520 today, leaking oil.

I would send pics to Honda Corp and District Manager. They need counseling on the assembly line and QA inspectors. Document it and save a copy of the Dealer work order, insist it describes the issue. Free extended warranty at the least. That would tick me off, could have been more damage had you missed it.

Early on, when I snorkled and extrended vent lines on my 2016 P500, I cleaned around that stator plug and sealed with uyrethane. Hasn't leaked a drop and no water issues inside from the occasional CP "Sippi Hole" . Urethane is only @10/caulking gun size tube-I use SilkaFlex construction grade- and find it far superior to any type of silicone. Try it - you'll like it.
