Sorry to bring this up here in the 1000 section, but I have a 700. I think the rollcage is like 1.6". Do you think those clamps would work on that? Maybe if I sandwich some rubber in between?

You need a single layer of innertube thickness rubber for the 700 with a 1.75 clamp. The 700's are actually 41mm tubing if you can find a 41mm clamp outside of Honda.

So as I was looking at these they also offer a 6 speaker version of this. Does anyone have experience with the smaller one? Reason I ask is it sounds like a lot of you are saying that the 10 speaker one goes louder than needed. So I figured why not get the smaller one and save a few pennies if it's still gonna blast....)

SxS audio.com is working on one for the 1000 he makes killer systems and here in west virginia look him up on you tube doug bowen and listen to his work he is worth the wait
