28x10x14. Haven’t measured them or the psi yet. Hoping to run them in the 10-14 psi range, maybe lower since they wheels are beadlocks.

Measured the 1 tire I have unwrapped. 27-7/8 at 7psi off the machine. 10” wide to the outside of the shoulder lugs.

Yes they do. The stock front tire in the picture measures 26” at 11 psi, so not as tall as advertised.
