I chose this: Group 24 12 volt deep cycle marine, boat and RV battery - SLI24MDC at Batteries Plus Bulbs
Though it is heavier than I care for, I plan to try it initially & subsequently move it to my boat after getting a feel for the machine's true needs. If it proves to be overkill I will downsize in weight after the appropriate duration.

I'm using the Chrome battery as well. When it needs to be charged, it beeps. BTW, it is both AGM & Gel Cell.

I just went with the full size battery under the seat never had a problem lots of room for a relay And fuse bord For all my lights and stereo and winch
