Sorry somehow I was posted twice. My computer glitched and the screen changed and I thought the thing was lost.
I think only in complete stock form, no mods or accessories are they awkward in appearance. These little tractors are not for everybody. There ugly, poor suspension, missing features, bullet proof and affordable. We can't expect a Pinto to run with a Corvette.
Tough decision when its more than just you and the much better half.
I honestly didn't care what it looked like. I just liked the little machine.I think only in complete stock form, no mods or accessories are they awkward in appearance.
Well, I bought one, I didn't either. It's all that I could fit in the toy hauler and bed of the truck. But then after all the mods and accessories, I decided it's a good looking "little machine".I honestly didn't care what it looked like. I just liked the little machine.
And why is that?
Backed in! That's cool.
Oh I know man, mines transported backed in always. Rides far better.View attachment 25427
Pipe is 1 inch from glass when 26 inch tires hit the back of the bed. Most of the weight in back of truck.

I find the suspension the worst aspect of it.. on the trails the speed is fine. But as Monte said way back... why buy a 50 inch machine and just to widen it out. I'm finding myself looking at spacers and such so why not just buy a bigger machine before I spend more on it I won't recoupe and before mine isn't worth as much. Realistically, I'm finding the importance I put on a small machine isn't as big a deal as I thought it would be. I didn't expect it to be as tippy and I really hate to have my girls riding in the back without it widendThe faster machines are more suited for the younger man. Twenty years ago, I wanted that adrenaline rush more than anything. One leg over the seat and ripping through curves. Reflexes like a cat.
Now, I would rather chug through it and not take the chance of having to walk out. The first ride I took with the P5, I still had to see how fast it would go.![]()
Well if you go with the 700, I would suggest the 17 model so that you get the paddle shift mode.I find the suspension the worst aspect of it.. on the trails the speed is fine. I think I'm just going to go with the 1000-5 and be done with it as I do really like the paddle shift. You know what if any differences there are in the 16-17 1000's?Well if you go with the 700, I would suggest the 17 model so that you get the paddle shift mode.![]()
Nope, sorry man. I had no reason to look because I was settled on the 700. That one was enough $$$$$ lol.
