Yamaha has a 10 year belt warranty on the RMAX's?
Probably, they have that on the 850. And tbo our Wolverine belt is nothing like the Polaris but it’s also NOTHING like the DCT.
I like having massive engine braking, being able to cruise in a higher gear quietly and listening to that thing click um off. 2 speed/12speed. I’m not dead yet, ain’t too lazy move a lever or grab a paddle.kinda adds to the experience

The Talon is a fookin' HOOT to drive, the throttle is connected directly to the tires, a completely different experience than a belt driven machine. And yer right about listening to that thing click 'em off, very damn kewl.

Hi, my name is CID and I'm a Honda dual range 6 speed DCT fan boi.

Lol. I was kinda worried the new Wolverine would be a skinny paddle machine and I’d have two possible choices. I’m sure the Yami will be a good machine though.

The KRX has better engine breaking than the pioneer.

I haven't driven the KRX or RMAX2, I will wait a year before I do and make a decision. I like the simplicity of the KRX, the RMAX2 looks like it my be a little Geekie for me with the 3 position throttle control, just something else to go wrong?

I really like the RMAX design wise, but I'm not a fan of all the electronic stuff. Lots of gizmos that probably wouldn't keep you from getting home if they failed, but would definitely make for a s***ty day if they failed.

The KRX engine braking is top notch, I can vouch for @JTW on that one.

I plan on test driving one next year... I couldn’t trade my pioneer in this soon, so I don’t want the temptation... Rmax looks awesome though!

Manufacturers finally realizing people don't want a sxs with 26" tires.

Looks like a pretty sweet machine and I like the 3 drive modes.

If someone is in the market today it would be pretty tough to pick the honda over this or the KRX. The only way I see that happening is if they just can't get past the belt drive. But the yamaha belt drive is incredible and I wouldn't sweat it for a second.
So, I go to the my dealer (sxs not drug) and they also sell other brands, they have a KRX and a talon, side by side comparison the KRX is definitely a beefier buggy... just can’t get past that rubber band... the newYammies look great but time will tell... Honda May be slow at keeping up with the market and how it changes, but they are proven.
