Yes. 6+1 wheels 1.5" spacers on rear.

Can't speak for the tires, but my System3 SB-4 wheels are great. I have M1 Evils mounted on them and I don't think I've lost any air from any corner (~4 months?).

I have the system 3 wheels and tires and mine haven’t lost any air in a couple years worth of abuse.

System 3 makes nice wheels for a great price, you really can't go wrong with them.
