P500 My 520 Build So Far

I picked up a Bully storage bag on sale for $28 and after trimming off one of the end pockets then a bit of work on the wife's sewing machine to re-install the mounting straps it fit perfectly. Tons of storage and seems to be a good quality product. Zippers are the waterproof rubber covered style.

My next upgrade was to get some better lighting than the stock headlights and a high/low beam option. I built a set of brackets to hold some 7" LED light bars. The lower ones are the flood light version and I installed the same socket plugs as the stock headlight bulbs so I could keep the factory plugs. So now when I turn on the headlight switch it turns on the lower bars. For the top bars I went with the spot light version and connected them to my 9" light bar mounted above the winch so when I want high beams I flick that switch on. It all worked out well and I'm happy with the light output compared to the stock headlights.

Thanks! I did the whole inner fenders with the same stuff to keep the area under the hood from getting soaked with water and mud all the time. It's worked out well.

No it's just rubber floor mat sold by the foot. I used it for the under seat heatsheild and to connect into my back panel/cab.
