I was at this show! Original line up!
I was 21, It was crazy! with my older brother who seen them in High school at Cobo Hall during the Alive recording. Was awesome!

Yeah they're good. And really loud. I think Uncle Ted was louder LOL I've seen them a total of 6 times. Three times with Sammy and three times with diamond Dave back in the band. Was a good show and I'm glad I got to see my favorite guitar player Eddie before the passed

Instead of flooding these posts with videos of great music I'll just list a few groups that I love. Lynyrd Skynyrd, The Allman Brothers, The Marshall Tucker Band, Govt Mule, Whiskey Myers, Blackberry Smoke, Blackstone Cherry, The Steel Woods, Larkin Poe. Some of these are old and a lot of the members have passed away. A lot are newer groups that are doing covers of the old bands and new music of their own. If you have a chance check them out, Long live Southern Rock!

So much great music new and old. The classics are what I grew up listeneing to. But being an amateur musician, I don't listen to other peoples music so much anymore. But I do love it all, except for rap and that growling heavy metal stuff.
