Probably just some man power. I'd like to get started around 5, which would put them on the table for around 6-6:30. @Outacntrl bring your burner if it's not too much hassle. I'm trying to source a 3rd pot.

I have Turkey fryer pot and burner but has 3 year old oil in it may not have time to clean it you want me to bring it

Lol, don't worry about it. I should be able to get another full setup from a buddy of mine but haven't heard back. Everybody has been using their boiling gear for the parades

Thanks, but I think we're good now. Picking up two more this afternoon so we'll be able to get all 3 sacks going at around the same time.

Alright, got 100lbs of bugs reserved for pickup tomorrow after work. If there is anything you'd like to add to the boil (i.e. veggies, meat, etc) bring it along. I've got potatoes, corn, brussel sprouts, carrots, mushrooms, smoked sausage, and hot dogs that I already picked up. Those are the staples of a boil when I do it, but I've seen people toss all sorts of stuff in there: a ham (yes, a ham), pineapples, sweet potatoes, broccoli, cocktail weenies, and the list goes on).
