Well no shots fired this season. Lots of wind and rain.Didn't see anything bigger than we have mounted already. Hope everyone else had a great season.

Just a meat buck this year. Had fresh cougar prints in the snow and the deer were very alert and cautious. Modern firearm ends prior to the rut in Washington State and my target buck stayed nocturnal. I had many trail camera pictures, with only 1 during daylight hours. Hopefully, he will be around next year.

We had pictures before season but, after we got home they were moving at night.I guess because of all the high wind and storms during the day.

I like that game loader. I may need one for Christmas!

It works great if you are retrieving your deer by yourself. I did modify it a little so it sits a little higher off the receiver. I originally purchased it for using it with my ATV (which mounted differently) and my RAM truck. When I bought the Pioneer, I was able to use the same 2" receiver as used on the truck. However a large deer will still drag a little on the ground while in the vertical position. I didn't like this because I like to weigh the deer and I didn't want any part of it touching the ground. Therefore, I welded about a 10" extension to increase the height.
