No Mexican food?
Well then, my next riding trip will be to Arizona.
No shortage of Mexican cooks there (and ones that can cook Mexican food to).

No really, wife wants to go home over the holidays.
Measured the P500 apperently it's too big for carry on so starting to plan a road trip.

FYI for anyone that was planning on eating at the Mexican Restaurant (El Rays) it has been closed for the past week, they lost both thier cooks. It might reopen Saturday 24th, but not 7days a week until fully staffed. So it may or may not be open next week leading up to MOM3 ride. If it is open it just happens on short notice.
