Anybody bringing younger kids? I'll have my 5 year old daughter with me and we'll be coming in Thursday. We'll be with the overland group Thursday but will probably head back over to the Eagle Rock area Friday morning.
@gparks and @Coeus will have their daughters, we're not making it up this time but I'm sure they kids would have a blast like always

Going by the list up top, I believe there will be at least 21 rigs on Friday. I plan on going to Nemo Tunnel. It's all pretty much easy riding and quiet a bit of blacktop. Anyone that wants to go is welcome unless you're a prick. Also there is some financial risk involved. You could possibly get a trespassing ticket at the Tunnel. There is one spot that we cross over a state highway. If at that moment, a state Trooper passes by, he/she will probably stop and issue citations. Also for the drinkers, that means a possible DUI If you're all s***ty. We have to cross back over the state highway on our way back. On the way back all the risks should be over except being stuck, flops, breakdowns etc etc. Idk the exact mileage but I know it's more than a 100 miles and less than 140 miles lol. There is 2 gas stations next to each other in Wartburg, we will stop at them on the return trip. It's right on the state highway where the state Troopers will be licking their chops lol. Leave at 9am and get back somewhere between 9pm and 3am. Pack your food and drinks for the whole day. You could replenish some food and drinks at the gas station. It's won't be an overland adventure but it will be an adventure for sure.

Sounds good. We just now need a volunteer to distract the troopers, why the rest of us make a clean get away.

I talked to Wayne Potter (Morgan County Sheriff) about the Nemo tunnel. he said that The rail road doesn’t want anyone down there but they are not enforcing it right now. the county mayor is trying to work out a deal with them to tleave it open. as far as the no trespassing signs he thinks that it’s the locals putting it up. He did say if he did get a call for a no trespassing by the time he got a officer to get there they would most likely be gone 😂😂😂.
