Is someone messing with the forum this morning? When I first got on, everything was skewed out and overlapping.
Now it's back to what appears to be normal, but the banner is missing up top, and so is my lightning bolt.

Logo is on the bar for me. Still no banner at top, but that's ok since during slow connections, that banner loads last and causes me to click something I didn't want to, which causes me to blaspheme.
